• Active acne or infection in the area
• Keloid-prone skin
• Recent isotretinoin (6-month gap)

Before your session

• Avoid harsh actives (retinoids, high-strength acids) for 3–5 days
• Come with clean skin — no heavy makeup or sunscreen at the appointment
• Share your current products, medications and any past skin reactions

Aftercare

• Barrier-friendly cleanser and moisturiser for 5–7 days
• Broad-spectrum SPF 50 every 3 hours whenever you step out
• No steam, sauna, gym sweat or swimming for 48 hours
• WhatsApp the clinic if you notice anything unusual

Mild redness for 24–36 hours. Visible smoother texture from session 2 onwards; full remodelling continues 3–6 months after the last session.

Only sterile single-use cartridges. Skin type, medications and hormonal status are screened. Post-care serum panel is barrier-friendly and non-comedogenic.

40–70% visible improvement in scar depth and texture over a full course. Deep ice-pick scars need combination treatments; results are not permanent without maintenance.
