Hijama, or wet cupping, is one of the oldest therapies still practiced today — and demand in Kurla has grown fast as people look for drug-free relief from pain, migraines and chronic fatigue.
What Hijama actually helps with
Chronic back and shoulder pain, migraines and tension headaches, poor circulation, PCOS-related sluggishness, sciatica, high stress, and general detoxification. Many clients report better sleep and mood within a few sessions.
How a session works
After a short consultation, sterile cups are placed on specific points (Sunnah points or symptom-based points). Light suction is applied, followed by very superficial micro-incisions and a second cupping cycle that draws out stagnant blood. The process is calmer and less painful than most people expect.
Safety — non-negotiables
Only choose a therapist who uses single-use cups, single-use sterile blades, gloves and a clean treatment room. At Nayami Cosmyc every Hijama session follows strict sterilisation protocols — nothing is ever reused.
